This Martin has had a neck reset, has one repaired back crack, and is all original aside from having a new saddle installed. An old cord strap stored in the case deposited some red in the finish years ago. This D 28 was constructed with a Sitka spruce top, Brazilian rosewood back and sides, a mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard, and an ebony bridge. The neck measures 1 11 16" at the nut, has a depth of 0.
